This Privacy Policy explains how the Thơ Việt Nam mobile application (the "App", package com.minhcorp.thovietnam) handles information. Your privacy is fundamentally respected: the App is designed to function entirely on your device, without any network communication.
By installing and using the App, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
We do not collect any personal information.
Specifically, the App does not collect, process, or transmit any of the following:
The App stores only the following data locally on your device. This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or any third party, and is automatically removed when you uninstall the App.

The App is appropriate for users of all ages. Because the App does not collect any personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the user's jurisdiction). The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by virtue of collecting no data at all.
Because the App stores data only on your device and never transmits it over a network, there is no risk of interception in transit. The security of locally stored data (favorites and preferences) is governed by the standard Android application sandbox provided by your device's operating system.
Under data protection laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users have rights including access, correction, deletion, and portability of their personal data.
Because we do not collect or store any personal data on any server, we have no personal data to access, correct, delete, port, or share. You may delete all data the App holds about you (favorites and font preferences, stored only on your own device) by uninstalling the App or clearing its data through Android Settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the App's functionality changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
